What you need

tsp smoked paprika

tsp dijon mustard

tbsp ketchup

tbsp sriracha

tbsp maple syrup

lb thick-cut bacon
Instructions
1. Preheat oven at 400 F; 2. Place bacon on a baking sheet and roast for about 20 minutes; 3. Make the maple sriracha glaze by mixing all ingredients above; 4. Remove from the oven and transfer bacon on wire rack; brush the glaze on both sides and roast again for another 20 minutes and optionally broil for a few more for extra char, then enjoy the crunch!View original recipe
