What you need

red bell pepper

cup pasta water

cup parmigiano reggiano

shallot

cup parsley

cup heavy whipping cream

clove garlic clove
tsp red chili flakes

oz angel hair

lb tiger shrimp
Instructions
1: Rinse, pat dry, clean and butterfly shrimp; season with Cajun seasoning and paprika. 2: Sear shrimp in olive oil over medium high heat for 2-3 minutes and set it aside. 3: Add more olive oil to the pan and sauté your chopped shallot and peppers for a few; add in garlic and seasonings, heavy whipping cream and lemon zest. 4: Once pasta has cooked until al dente, transfer it into the bubbling sauce; season with parsley and add pasta water. 5: Bring shrimp into the pan; finish with lemon juice, Parmigiano Reggiano, more chili flakes and enjoy!View original recipe
