Burger Towers

1: Make the burger sauce by mixing all ingredients together and let it sit in the fridge.

2: Preheat your grill; chop and cook bacon until crispy, remove from fat and set aside; leave about 2 tablespoons of fat in the pan and sauté your chopped onions until caramelized; add the beer, brown sugar, water, cooked bacon, and a scrunch of black pepper and cook until the jam thickens and caramelizes.

3: Place pre-smashed patties on the grill and cook for a few minutes; flip and place cheese on top; cook until cheese has melted.

4: Assemble the burger towers and enjoy!
