Aka roasted peppers stuffed with feta and eggs! These are near and dear to my heart and a staple in Bulgarian cuisine! You can enjoy them as an appetizer or as your whole meal, they go great with salads also!

0 Roast your peppers, let cool, peel and de-seed 1 Make the filing by crumbling the feta and mixing it with eggs, parsley and garlic 2 Fill up the peppers, dredge in flour, eggs and lastly bread crumbs 3 Shallow fry over medium heat on both sides until golden and enjoy!View original recipe
