cup black walnuts

cup dried cranberries

tbsp red onion

honey crisp apples

cup parmigiano reggiano

cup extra-virgin olive oil

cup champagne vinegar

tsp salt

tsp dijon mustard

black pepper
Instructions
1: Wash, trim and shave Brussels sprouts. 2: Slice apple and red onions, chop walnuts. 3: To make the dressing, shake olive oil, champagne vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt and pepper until well incorporated. 4: To a salad bowl, add shaved Brussels sprouts, apples, cranberries, red onions, walnuts and Parmigiano Regiano; pour dressing over and enjoy!View original recipe
