oz boursin cheese

slice prosciutto
tbsp fig jam
tbsp coarse sugar
egg

Instructions
1: Roll your puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into 6 squares (about 14 inch); fold each square diagonally and make two side incisions; fold each side onto the opposite direction. 2: Add about a tablespoon of Boursin cheese, a folded slice of prosciutto, and some fig jam; freeze for 10 minutes, then brush with egg wash and sprinkle some coarse sugar on the edges. 3: Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F for about 18-20 minutes, finish with thyme and drizzle honey before enjoying.View original recipe
