Instructions
1. Roll your puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into 6 squares (about 14 inch); fold each square diagonally and make two side incisions; fold each side onto the opposite direction; 2. Add about about a tablespoon of Boursin cheese, a folded slice of prosciutto and some fig jam; freeze for 10 mins, then brush egg wash and sprinkle some coarse sugar on the edges; 3. Bake in a preheated oven at 400 F for about 18-20 minutes, finish with thyme drizzle honey and enjoy 😊View original recipe
