What you need

carrot

gal water

celery sticks

garlic clove

yellow onion

bay leaves

cup apple cider vinegar

rosemary

thyme sprigs

tbsp salt

Instructions
1: Add everything to a pot; bring to boil then simmer for 2-3 hours until the bone marrow starts to easily come out of the bones (depending on bone size). 2: Let cool slightly, shake the bones and then strain it through a sieve; squeeze the veggies too. 3: Cover and refrigerate for a few hours or overnight until the fat on top solidifies; discard fat or save for other cooking purposes. 4: Store in the fridge or freeze. 5: Enjoy on its own or incorporate in your cooking.View original recipe
