lb bacon

tbsp maple syrup

tbsp sriracha
cup EVOO

tbsp champagne vinegar

tbsp dijon mustard

shallot

tsp maple syrup

tsp salt

black pepper
Instructions
1: Bake bacon at 400 F; once cooked, brush with maple sriracha sauce and broil for a few until caramelized. 2: Wash and trim green beans. 3: Salt generously your boiling water; boil beans for 7-9 minutes, then transfer to an ice bath for 5 minutes. 4: For the dressing, mix all ingredients above and pour over drained and pat dried beans. 5: Add chopped bacon and mix. 6: Finish with more bacon and crumbled Stilton blue cheese.View original recipe
