What you need

tsp baking soda

yellow onion

tbsp corn starch

red bell pepper

tbsp sugar

tbsp water

tbsp hoisin sauce

tsp ginger

lb flank steak

tbsp oyster sauce

green bell pepper

white rice

tsp black pepper
Instructions
1: Cube peppers and onions and set aside. 2: Thinly slice steak and tenderize with baking soda, soy sauce, corn starch, Chinese cooking wine, and black pepper; sauté steak quickly on both sides and cook in batches; set it aside. 3: To the same pan, add garlic and ginger, then add peppers and onion; cook for a few minutes and then add the beef back into the pan. 4: To make the sauce, mix all ingredients and pour over the beef and veggies; cook until the sauce thickens; finish with sesame oil. 5: Serve with rice, top with green onions, and enjoy!View original recipe
