Berry Danishes

This is one of my most viral recipes and for a good reason! These Danishes are fool proof, so easy and delicious and they will make you look like a pastry chef!

What you need

powdered sugar
mint leaves

cup mixed fruit

sugar
tsp cornstarch

oz light cream cheese

tsp vanilla extract

lemon juice
lemon
egg

tsp water
Instructions
0 Thaw puff pastry according to package instructions 1 Macerate berries by mixing them with sugar and cornstarch and set aside 2 Mix room temperature cream cheese with sugar, vanilla, lemon juice and lemon zest 3 Gently roll your pastry and cut into 8 rectangles; score the edges and add about 1 tbs of cream cheese mixture and top with 2 tbs berries 4 Brush egg wash and sprinkle coarse sugar on the edges 5 Bake in a preheated oven at 400 F for about 20 mins 6 Finish with powdered sugar, mint leaves and enjoy!View original recipe
