Beef and Potato Tostadas

A family favorite dish featuring small tortillas filled with a savory mixture of sautéed ground beef, potatoes, and onions, topped with fresh pico de gallo, lettuce, sour cream, and cheddar cheese.

What you need
lb ground beef

white onion

potato

tbsp olive oil

tomato

Instructions
1: Chop your onion and potato and sauté over medium heat in olive oil, salt and pepper; cover and cook until softened. 2: Make a well and add your ground beef, season with Mexican seasonings, salt and pepper and cook the beef on its own for a few minutes then mix with the potato and onions; cook until no more pink; optionally remove some of the excess fat. 3: Top tortillas with beef and shred some cheddar on top; bake at 400 F until the cheese is melty, about 8 minutes. 4: Top with lettuce, avocado, sour cream, pico de gallo and enjoy!View original recipe
