tsp tomato paste

tsp coriander

tsp smoked paprika

tsp garlic powder

cup bbq sauce

tbsp ketchup

tsp pepper

tsp salt

tsp paprika
Instructions
1: Trim, remove membrane, and pat dry the ribs. 2: Make the marinade by mixing all the ingredients listed for the marinade. 3: Brush the rib racks on both sides with the marinade, cover with foil, and bake at 350°F for 1.5 hours. 4: Remove from the pan and brush with the rest of the sauce. 5: Grill at 400°F for a few minutes per side until charred. 6: Make the dipping sauce by straining the drippings (avoiding the grease) and mixing it with BBQ sauce. 7: Serve with grilled corn, cornbread, and coleslaw.View original recipe
