1 tsp black pepper

bbq sauce

½ cup bbq sauce

garlic powder

½ tsp garlic powder

2 tbsp olive oil

bacon

chicken breast

1 chicken breast

apple cider vinegar

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

green onion

1 bunch green onion

sweet potato

bbq seasoning

1 oz bbq seasoning

Instructions

1: Preheat oven to 450°F.

2: Wash and pat dry the sweet potatoes.

3: Slice one side of the sweet potatoes lengthwise to flatten them out.

4: Drizzle olive oil and place the sweet potatoes flat side down on a lined baking sheet.

5: Bake for one hour.

6: Meanwhile, slice and season the chicken with olive oil, paprika, BBQ rub, salt, and pepper.

7: Sear the chicken until internal temperature reaches 165°F, then shred and mix in ACV and BBQ sauce.

8: Once the sweet potatoes are cooked, make a few slits in them.

9: Add BBQ chicken and cheese on top.

10: Broil until the cheese has melted.

11: Top with chopped bacon and green onions and enjoy!
