Baked Sweet Potato Fries with Lemon Yogurt Sauce

What you need

lemon
garlic
tbsp mayonnaise

cup skim milk yogurt

black peppercorn

tsp chili powder

tsp garlic powder
iodized salt

tsp cornstarch

cup olive oil

Instructions
1. Peel, wash and cut potatoes into strips; 2. Add potatoes to 2 baking sheets (don’t overcrowd them) and season with cornstarch, salt, pepper, garlic powder and chipotle powder and mix well, then drizzle olive oil and mix again; 3. Bake in a preheated over at 400 F for about 45-50 mins or desired doneness as you flip once half way through; 4. To make the yogurt sauce mix yogurt, mayonnaise, garlic, lemon zest, olive oil, parsley and salt. 5. Combine both trays before serving, dip in and enjoy!View original recipe
