oz butter

tbsp red pepper

Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 400 F. 2: Split lobster cavity and halfway down the tail; remove guts, roe (if any); devein and pat dry; brush with butter and roast for 10 minutes. 3: Make stuffing by roughly chopping shrimp and scallops; mix with breadcrumbs, garlic powder, old bay seasoning, salt, pepper, chopped red pepper, chives, lemon zest, and juice, along with 4 tablespoons of butter. 4: Stuff the lobster, brush with the remaining butter, add lemon halves, and roast for another 20-25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 140 F. 5: Top with parsley, serve with lemon and butter, and enjoy.View original recipe
