Baked Feta and Olives

This is one of my most favorite creations if all time and I can’t wait to make it again and again. It’s super easy and delicious and perfect for lunch or when having people over.

What you need

crushed red pepper

ground black pepper

thyme

rosemary

extra-virgin olive oil

garlic

feta

black olives

cherry tomato
Instructions
1. To a skillet add tomatoes and drained olives; season with olive oil, garlic and black pepper; mix and and make a well for the cheese; top cheese with more olive oil, smoky chili flakes; add rosemary and thyme; 2. Bake at 400 F for about 35 mins; 3. Serve with baguette crostini and enjoy!View original recipe
