Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350 F; 2. Slice a very thin layer of the top of your Brie wheel; place in a baking dish and bake until the top is bubbly, it should take about 20 mins depending on how cold your Brie is; (keep an eye and don’t overheat the cheese or it will spread all over the plate); 3. To make the jam, add blackberries and quartered strawberries, sugar and water to a saucepan and cook until it thickens for about 5 mins; 4. Once the cheese is bubbly, top with the jam, fresh strawberries, blackberries, candied pecans, almost and rosemary sprigs; 5. Serve with your favorite @snackbacktonature crackers and enjoy!View original recipe
