What you need

Instructions
1: Pat dry and season chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, pepper, and oregano; sear on both sides until golden and set them aside. 2: Chop and saute onion in olive oil until translucent; grate or crush garlic and pour your broth in; bring chicken back into the pot along with Wild Blend rice; cover and cook over medium heat for about 30 minutes; take chicken out of the pot and shred it. 3: Beat eggs and mix in with the lemon juice; take 1 cup of the hot broth and slowly temper the eggs. 4: Turn heat off and return shredded chicken into the pot, slowly pour the Avgolemono and give it a stir; adjust for salt and pepper. 5: Serve with a drizzle of olive oil, chopped dill, and enjoy this hearty lemony warm hug in a bowl!View original recipe
