What you need

cup skim milk greek yogurt

tsp ground cinnamon

caramel sauce

cup cranberries
lemon

cup light-brown sugar

cup sugar

tsp kosher salt

honey crisp apples
egg

tsp baking powder

cup all purpose flour

tsp vanilla bean paste

tbsp unsalted butter
Instructions
1. Wash, core, and slice apples. 2. In a pan, melt butter with both sugars, flour, vanilla bean paste, salt, lemon juice, and cinnamon and mix to combine evenly. Add apple slices and cranberries; cook for about 5 minutes until caramelized. 3. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek Yogurt, egg, vanilla bean paste, sugar, and salt and mix until incorporated. Add flour and baking powder and mix until you have a sticky dough while being careful not to overmix. 4. Preheat the oven to 375ºF. Pour the apple-cranberry filling into a 9-inch oven-safe baking dish and spread the biscuit on top in spoon-sized chunks. Top with shreds of butter and sprinkles of sugar. Bake for about 40 minutes, or until the biscuit is golden brown. 5. Let cool and serve with vanilla ice cream and salted caramel.View original recipe
