What you need

tsp baking powder

tsp kosher salt

tbsp ground cinnamon
cup apple cider
cup vegetable oil

tsp baking soda

dash cinnamon

tsp ground nutmeg

tbsp butter

cup powdered sugar
Instructions
1: Reduce apple cider to 1 cup and set aside to cool completely. 2: Mix all dry ingredients until well incorporated. 3: Beat 2 eggs and add the melted and cooled butter and reduced apple cider. 4: Mix in wet and dry ingredients and chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour. 5: Roll the dough on a lightly floured surface and cut out your donuts. 6: Deep fry them at 350°F. 7: Sprinkle some cinnamon and powdered sugar on top before serving.View original recipe
