tsp chipotle chili

tbsp olive oil
cup extra-virgin olive oil
tbsp red wine vinegar

lime

cup cilantro

garlic clove

jalapeno
tsp salt

tsp cumin

tsp coriander

black pepper

avocado

tbsp sour cream
Instructions
1: To a food processor, add olive oil, red wine vinegar, lime, cumin, coriander, garlic, cilantro, jalapeños, salt and pepper, and blend; reserve 2 tablespoons for the Crema. 2: Pour the marinade over the pat-dried chicken thighs and let it marinate if you have time, or cook right away; you can marinate overnight too. 3: Air-fry at 375°F for about 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature is at least 165°F; spray olive oil. 4: To make the avocado Crema, add avocado to the food processor and mix with sour cream; don’t add the sour cream to the food processor or it will turn watery. 5: Once chicken thighs are cooked, dip them in the avocado Crema and enjoy!View original recipe
