What you need

baby dill

garlic

mayonnaise

skim milk greek yogurt

salt
extra-virgin olive oil

Instructions
1. Peel, wash and slice potatoes with a crinkle cut knife as you flip the potato diagonally every time; 2. Toss potatoes in an iced bath for at least 5 minutes to get the starch out; pat dry and season with olive oil, mix and throw in a preheated air-fryer at 375 F for about 8 mins (depending on thickness) as you flip/shake them halfway through; don’t over crowd the air fryer; cook in batches; 3. To make the aioli mix all ingredients above; 4. Once potatoes have cooked, season with salt, dip in the delicious aioli or ketchup and enjoy!View original recipe
