Instructions
1: Preheat air fryer to 390°F. 2: Season peppers with olive oil, salt, and pepper and air-fry for about 15 minutes; set aside. 3: Season tomatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper and air-fry for 5 minutes. 4: To a food processor, add feta, yogurt, olive oil, water, garlic, lemon zest, salt, and pepper; give it a blitz. 5: To make the dressing, shake together the dressing ingredients. 6: Smear the whipped feta on a plate, add the peppers and tomatoes; drizzle the dressing over and enjoy!View original recipe
