1: Trim and de-seed the peppers, then soak them in hot water for 10 minutes. 2: Broil the tomatoes. 3: Pat dry the meat and season with salt and pepper. 4: In a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat, add olive oil and sauté the meat on all sides until caramelized. 5: In a blender, process the drained peppers with all sauce ingredients. 6: Pour the sauce over the meat and braise covered for 3 hours at 300°F. 7: Remove the meat and shred it.
