Delicious flank steak tacos served with chimichurri and salsa verde on charred tortillas. These tacos are packed with flavor and are perfect for taco night!

1: To make the chimichurri, add all ingredients above to a food processor and give it a blitz. 2: Pat dry flank steak and season with olive oil, salt, black pepper, taco seasoning and chimichurri; let marinate for at least 10 mins or even overnight if you can. 3: Sear steak in a cast iron pan until desired temperature and let it rest before slicing. 4: Char tortillas directly on the gas burner if you have one or on a pan. 5: Assemble salsas, steak, chimichurri and enjoy!
