1. To make the buffalo chicken mixture- cook and chop chicken breast and mix with cream cheese, blue cheese crumbles, Buffalo sauce, cheddar, mozzarella, green onions and black pepper; 2. Add a big spoonful of the buffalo chicken mixture to the eggroll wrapper, wet the sides and roll the eggroll as shown in the video; 3. Heat frying oil of choice to 350 F and fry eggrolls until golden brown; 4. Serve with blue cheese dressing, green onions and enjoy! 😊
