1: Add 1 cup of water and 1/2 tsp of salt to a pot and steam cauliflower for about 10 minutes. 2: Preheat oven to 400°F. 3: Once cauliflower has been steamed, drizzle olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika; roast for about 10 minutes. 4: In the meantime, make the Chimichurri by adding all the ingredients to a food processor and give it a blitz. 5: Once cauliflower has cooked completely, pour chimichurri generously and enjoy!
