1: To a mixer add eggs, milk, sugar, yeast, vanilla and zest and beat until fluffy. 2: Sift your flour and add the dough attachment, then start kneading for about 10 mins while slowly incorporating the butter and oil. 3: Add to a floured surface, stretch the dough, shape it into a ball, and add it to a greased bowl. Cover and let it rest in a slightly warmed up oven for about 3 hours or until more than doubled in size. 4: Split the dough into 3 equal parts and roll each part, add Nutella, and roll into a stick. Repeat for each part and then braid them by pinching each side. 5: Add to a greased pan, brush with egg wash, sprinkle coarse sugar, and add almonds. Let it proof again for another hour in a slightly warmed up oven. 6: Bake at 350°F for about 50 mins, covering with aluminum foil once the top starts browning. 7: Let it cool if you can wait or dig in immediately.
