1. Add chia seeds, milk, maple syrup, vanilla bean paste and matcha to a container and whisk; wait 10 mins and whisk again to prevent clumping; 2. Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours to overnight; 3. Pour pudding into glass containers or cups, top with raspberries, a dollop of Greek yogurt and enjoy!
