1: Boil potatoes in salted water until fork tender, remove from water and set them aside to cool. 2: In the same boiling water drop asparagus and snap peas for 2 minutes and then transfer into iced water to stop the cooling process. 3: To make the dressing, whisk all ingredients above and mix in potatoes, asparagus, radishes, green onions and enjoy!
