1. Preheat oven at 400F; 2. Pat dry chicken breast and season with olive oil, paprika, salt and pepper; add 1 tbs of olive oil to a skillet and sear chicken on both sides until golden; set aside; 3. Add more olive oil and sauté your onions; season with salt, pepper, smoked paprika and cook until softened; add butter, garlic, thyme, rosemary and bay leaf, stir to combine; pour wine and cook it half way down; lastly add bone broth and bring the chicken back into the pan; 4. Finish cooking in the oven for another 20-25 minutes or until internal temperature is at 165 F; 5. Garnish with Parmigiano Reggiano, chili flakes, chives and enjoy!
