1: Place a Signature Blend Slider over each tortilla and press it down; season with salt and pepper and cook over medium heat on both sides to a desired doneness. 2: Place 1/2 slice of pepper jack and melt it with a torch or broil. 3: To make the sauce mix all ingredients above. 4: Once tacos have cooked, garnish with pickles, lettuce, red onions, plenty of the special sauce and enjoy!
