1: Warm up heavy whipping cream and milk almost to the boiling point and set aside to cool. 2: Whisk egg yolks, vanilla, sugar and salt until pale yellow and immediately slowly incorporate the milk and cream mixture. 3: Pour into 4 ramekins and bake in a water bath at a preheated oven at 325°F for about 35-40 mins; cover and let cool completely; then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. 4: Right before serving sprinkle 2 tsp sugar on top and brule to desired caramelization; serve with berries and enjoy!
