1. To a food processor, add olive oil, red wine vinegar, lime, cumin, coriander, garlic, cilantro, jalapeños, salt and pepper and give it a blitz; reserve 2 tbs for the Crema; 2. Pour marinade over pat tried chicken thighs and let it marinade if you have time, if not cook right the way; you can marinade overnight too; 3. Air-fry at 375 F for about 25-30 mins or until internal temperature is at least 165 F; spray olive oil; 4. To make the avocado Crema add avocado to the food processor and then mix with the sour cream; don’t add sour cream to the food processor or it will turn watery; 5. Once chicken thighs are cooked, dip in the avocado Crema and enjoy!
