1. Add dates to a lined baking sheet and press on top to flatten them; 2. Melt chocolate in the microwave for 2 mins and warm up peanut butter for 1/2 min; 3. Add coconut flakes, cashews, melted chocolate, peanut butter and sprinkle flaky sea salt; 4. Refrigerate for about 20 mins or until set; 5. Cut it up and enjoy a healthy and delicious snack!
