1. To make the pesto- add all ingredients to a food processor and pulse until coarse consistency; 2. To assemble the sandwich- split the baguette, add Calabrian Chili peppers on one half and basil pesto on the other; arrange Capicola and Prosciutto and top with arugula, mozzarella, more pesto, Calabrian chili peppers and olive oil! Enjoy!
