1: Warm up milk and add yeast and sugar, stir and let it sit for a few, then add egg and beat it quickly. 2: Pour the mixture into the bowl of a stand mixer and add half of the flour, start kneading; add the rest of the flour and knead for about 10 minutes. 3: Pour melted butter and knead until fully absorbed. 4: Pour dough on a floured surface, shape it into a ball; add it to a greased bowl, cover and let it proof in a preheated oven at around 125°F for an hour. 5: Prepare the filling by mixing butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon. 6: Once dough has risen, roll it into an 18x12 inch rectangle; spread the butter, sprinkle the filling, and roll it; cut into 11 rolls using a thread. 7: Place on a baking sheet, pour warm heavy whipping cream on each roll, and bake at 375°F for about 15 minutes. 8: To make the cream cheese frosting, beat cream cheese with butter, sugar, and vanilla. 9: Once rolls have slightly cooled off, spread the frosting on top and enjoy!
