1. Defrost and rinse lobster meat and poach in butter, water and old bay seasoning for about 4-5 mins and set aside; 2. Bring salted water to boil and drop your pasta shells and cook until al dente; 3. Melt butter and add flour, stir to combine then add milk, heavy whipping, paprika and black pepper; mix in the cheeses; add the cooked pasta and some of the lobster meat and stir it in; add the rest of the lobster on top; 4. Mix Panko breadcrumbs, butter and Parmigiano and top the Mac and cheese; bake at 400 F for about 25 mins until bubbly, finish with chives and enjoy!
