1. Preheat oven at 325 F; 2. Add butter and vanilla to a mixer and beat for a coupe of minutes then add sweetened condensed milk and beat until well incorporated as you scrape the sides down; 3. Sieve flour and baking powder and mix it in; 4. Scoop cookies and place them on a lined cookie sheet; top with your desired toppings or leave them plain; bake for about 13-15 mins; 5. Finish with powdered sugar and enjoy!
