1. Peel, wash and cut potatoes into strips; 2. Add potatoes to 2 baking sheets (don’t overcrowd them) and season with cornstarch, salt, pepper, garlic powder and chipotle powder and mix well, then drizzle olive oil and mix again; 3. Bake in a preheated over at 400 F for about 45-50 mins or desired doneness as you flip once half way through; 4. To make the yogurt sauce mix yogurt, mayonnaise, garlic, lemon zest, olive oil, parsley and salt. 5. Combine both trays before serving, dip in and enjoy!
