1: Wash and cut zucchini into sticks (cut once in half, once lengthwise - and then each piece into 3 wedges) and throw in a bowl. 2: To a food processor add cornflakes, paprika, smoked paprika, salt, garlic powder, and oregano, and process until finely chopped. 3: Coat zucchini with olive oil and toss with the cornflakes mixture; transfer on a baking sheet and bake at 400°F for about 30-35 minutes. 4: To make the yogurt garlic sauce, mix all the ingredients above. 5: Finish with chopped dill and enjoy.
