1: Bring water to boil, salt it as the ocean, and boil pasta shells until al dente. 2: Preheat oven to 400°F. 3: Over low heat, melt butter and add flour, stir until combined. 4: Add cream and milk, mix and then add the cheeses, season with white pepper and paprika. 5: Add pasta into the cheese sauce, mix and pour into your baking dish or individual cast iron skillets, mix in more mozzarella for cheese strings. 6: Melt butter, mix in breadcrumbs and Parmigiano Reggiano, and top the Mac and Cheese. 7: Bake until golden for about 5-7 minutes, covering with parchment paper if needed. 8: Top with chives and enjoy!
