1: To make tartar sauce, mix all ingredients above and set it aside. 2: Peel and cut potatoes with a crinkle cutter; drop in boiling salted water and par boil for 7-8 minutes; let them cool on a cooling rack. 3: Heat frying oil to 350°F and fry potatoes in batches until lightly golden; then fry them again until deep golden and super crispy. 4: To make the batter, mix ingredients above; season fish with salt and pepper, sprinkle with flour, coat in the batter, and deep fry until golden on both sides. 5: Sprinkle some salt on top of the fish and potatoes; serve with tartar sauce and enjoy!
