1. Preheat air- fryer to 390 F; 2. Mix ground lamb with onion, breadcrumbs, egg yolk, cumin, coriander, salt, pepper and rosemary; water your hands and roll into 7 meatballs; air-fry for about 12 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145 F; 3. To make the yogurt sauce mix all ingredients above; 4. To make the salad- chop tomatoes, cucumbers, dill and parsley and dress with salt and olive oil; 5. Smear sauce on the plate, add the meatballs and salad, drizzle olive oil and enjoy!
