1: Wash and pat dry bok choy, slice in half lengthwise. 2: To make the sauce mix all ingredients together. 3: Add avocado oil to a pan over medium high heat and place bok choy face down; cook for a few minutes per side until golden. 4: Pour sauce over bok choy and cook for a couple of minutes. 5: Place on a platter and spoon over the rest of the sauce from the pan. 6: Top with sesame seeds, crushed red pepper and enjoy!
