1. Wash, cut and de-seed your squash; 2. Melt butter and mix with honey and vanilla and brush on your squash; 3. Roast in a preheated oven at 400F for about 40 mins as you brush the rest of the butter mixture once during the roasting process; 4. Finish with candied pecans, more honey, flaky sea salt and thyme and enjoy 😊
