1: Add cream to your hand stand mixer and beat with a wire whisk; first, it will look like whipped cream, then it will start to crumble and lastly, the buttermilk will separate from the fat. 2: Rinse the butter ball in iced water and try to squeeze out as much liquid as you can. 3: Optionally add some salt and shape the butter however you wish; using a plastic wrap can help with removing it from the mold. 4: Let it chill for a couple of hours or enjoy immediately.
