1: Zest oranges and massage into the sugar to release the oils from the zest. 2: Bring cream, orange zest sugar and vanilla to a gentle simmer; simmer for 5 minutes and strain it. 3: Halve oranges, scoop out the inside and strain the juice. 4: Add 1/2 cup orange juice to the cream mixture and stir; cream should lightly thicken from the acidity of the orange juice. 5: Pour mixture into the orange peel or cups and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight; optionally garnish with some mint leaves and orange peel and enjoy!
