1. Wash and freeze a peach overnight; 2. Whip your heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks; 3. Add some whipped cream to the bottom of a bowl, shave your peach, optionally add some frozen blueberries, more whipped cream and enjoy! Note: this whipped cream is enough for 2-3 shaved peaches.
